Summary

San Gabriel Watershed Restoration Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior, in coordination with Los Angeles County, California, to: (1) prepare a feasibility study for environmental ecosystem restoration, flood control, water quality control, water supply storage, outdoor recreation enhancements, and other aspects of the San Gabriel River Watershed revitalization that is consistent with the goals of the San Gabriel River master plan published by that County; and (2) identify demonstration projects for construction and restoration of the San Gabriel River Watershed. Authorizes the Secretary to construct demonstration projects to provide information to develop the study. Limits to 65% the federal share of the cost of any project under this Act.
