Summary

To remove the limitation imposed as a result of receiving funding under the Land and Water Conservation Fund on the conversion of Lake Afton Park in Sedgwick County, Kansas, to a use other than public outdoor recreation. This bill provides that the prohibition against converting property acquired or developed by a state with financial assistance under the Land and Water Conservation Fund to a use other than public outdoor recreation without the approval of the Department of the Interior shall not apply to Lake Afton Park in Sedgwick County, Kansas.
