Summary
Requires the Small Business Administration to establish the Startup in a Day Program to assist entrepreneurs planning to start a small business in complying with state and local government requirements. Specifically, the program awards competitive grants to state or local governments, which they may use to (1) develop, implement, and improve internet resources related to the small business concern startup process; and (2) assist entrepreneurs in registering and applying for any required licenses or permits.
