Summary

Kline DeWire Public Safety Officers' Retroactive Benefits Act This bill amends the Dale Long Public Safety Officers' Benefits Improvements Act of 2012 to provide that such Act shall apply to injuries sustained by rescue squad or ambulance crew members on or after December 1, 2007 (currently, June 1, 2009).
