Summary
To amend title 23, United States Code, to permit border States to designate certain funds for border infrastructure projects, and for other purposes. This bill authorizes the governor of a state that shares a border with Canada or Mexico to designate up to 5% of its apportionment of surface transportation program funds for each fiscal year for border infrastructure projects.
