Summary

Establishes in the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) a program to provide up to five grants, on a need and competitive basis, to eligible nonprofit organizations for start-up and ongoing operational costs associated with providing specialized housing and social services for qualified relatives, age 65 or older, who are raising a child of which they are not a parent either by blood or marriage.
