Summary

To amend title 38, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to furnish headstones and markers for the graves of dependents of veterans buried in county, private, or other cemeteries. This bill directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to furnish headstones and markers for the graves of spouses and dependents of veterans buried in any cemetery in the United States if the spouses and dependents died on or after November 11, 1998.
