Summary

To provide that certain current and former Federal employees and members of the Armed Forces may enroll in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, and for other purposes. This bill declares that any current or former federal employee, including any member or veteran of the Armed Forces, who is not otherwise eligible to enroll in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, may enroll in such program beginning in 2018.
