Summary

To extend the deadline for commencement of construction of a hydroelectric project involving the Gibson Dam. (Sec. 1) This bill authorizes the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to extend by six years the time period during which Gibson Dam Hydroelectric Company is required to commence construction on the Gibson Dam Hydroelectric Project located on the Sun River in Lewis, Clark, and Teton Counties, Montana. The six-year time period starts upon expiration of the last extension.
