Summary

Amends the Miscellaneous Appropriations Act, 2001 to extend the period during which the Secretary of the Army may use amounts in the San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund to operate and maintain a water quality project administered by the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority, in California, or the Central Basin Water Quality Project administered by the Central Basin Municipal Water District from 10 to 15 years after the initial date of operation of the project.
