Summary
To prohibit the provision of certain foreign assistance to countries receiving certain detainees transferred from United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This bill prohibits assistance under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and the Arms Export Control Act for five years to a foreign country if: (1) the country received an individual who was released or transferred from United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, on or after February 1, 2015; and (2) after the date of such release or transfer, the individual is included in a report of individuals confirmed or suspected of returning to terrorist activities.
