Summary

Social Security Child Protection Act of 2015 Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to direct the Commissioner of Social Security to issue a new Social Security number to a child who has not attained the age of 14 in cases where confidentiality has been compromised: by reason of theft of related documentation, or by reason of public disclosure of information regarding deceased individuals that includes such number by mistake.
