Summary

To suspend assistance to countries denying or delaying accepting aliens ordered removed from the United States, and for other purposes. This bill directs: (1) the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to annually submit to Congress a list of each country that it determines denies or unreasonably delays accepting an alien who is a citizen, subject, national, or resident of that country after DHS asks whether the government will accept the alien ordered removed under the Immigration and Nationality Act; and (2) the President to suspend assistance to each country on such list.
