| WHEREAS, April 28, 2015, will be a day long remembered by | ||
| Joseph and Stefanie Mantilla, for on that day their daughter | ||
| Sofia Margaret Mantilla was born; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The beautiful baby girl was born in Orlando, | ||
| Florida, at 6:46 a.m.; her safe arrival fulfilled her parents' | ||
| dearest wish, and they are joyful over the birth of their new | ||
| daughter; and | ||
| WHEREAS, This blessed event has brought great happiness to | ||
| Sofia's family, and she has been heartily welcomed into the | ||
| Mantilla household; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th | ||
| Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to Joseph and | ||
| Stefanie Mantilla and honor Sofia Margaret Mantilla on the | ||
| occasion of her birth; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for | ||
| the family as an expression of best wishes from the Texas Senate. | ||
