| WHEREAS, Robert Haley has ably served his fellow Texans as | ||
| committee director for the Nominations Committee during the 88th | ||
| Legislative Session; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Mr. Haley ensured the smooth operation of the | ||
| committee through his outstanding organizational skills, | ||
| meticulous attention to detail, and comprehensive understanding | ||
| of the complex nomination proceedings; he communicated | ||
| effectively and maintained positive interpersonal relationships | ||
| to foster an environment of trust and respect and to ensure | ||
| successful collaboration with committee members, legislators, | ||
| stakeholders, and nominees; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Promoting a transparent nominating process and | ||
| maintaining its integrity, Mr. Haley conducted thorough | ||
| background checks and careful reviews of qualifications; his | ||
| impartial, comprehensive, and well-reasoned evaluations of | ||
| nominees played a significant role in the appointment of highly | ||
| qualified individuals to key positions in state government; and | ||
| WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his | ||
| duties as committee director with diligence, professionalism, | ||
| and a steadfast commitment to excellence, and he is indeed | ||
| deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, | ||
| therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th | ||
| Legislature, hereby commend Robert Haley for his service as | ||
| committee director for the Nominations Committee and extend to | ||
| him sincere best wishes for continued success in all his | ||
| endeavors; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be | ||
| prepared for Mr. Haley as an expression of high regard from the | ||
| Texas Senate. | ||
