SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 221
         WHEREAS, January 8, 2021, will be a day long cherished and
  remembered by Lillyan Baker Duck and Lloyd Nolan Duck III, for on
  that day their son Hooper James Duck was born; and
 
         WHEREAS, The beautiful baby boy was born in Austin at 4:41
  p.m.; he weighed three pounds 15 ounces and was 17 and one-half
  inches long; and
 
         WHEREAS, Hooper's safe arrival is the fulfillment of his
  parents' dearest wish, and they are thrilled over the birth of
  their son; and
 
         WHEREAS, This blessed event has brought great happiness to
  Hooper's family; his grandparents, Tony and Jamie Baker and the
  Reverend Lloyd Nolan Duck Jr. and Nancy Duck, are filled with joy
  over the arrival of this long-awaited infant, who has a permanent
  place in their hearts; and
 
         WHEREAS, It is indeed appropriate that the Texas Senate
  welcome this recently born Texan as a treasured citizen of the
  Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it
 
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th
  Legislature, hereby congratulate Lillyan and Lloyd Duck on the
  birth of their son and extend best wishes for the brightest of
  futures to Hooper James Duck; and, be it further
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  the family.
