WHEREAS, Hilda Hernandez of Parmer Lane Elementary School has | ||
been named a 2019 Humanitarian of the Year by the Pflugerville | ||
Independent School District; and | ||
WHEREAS, The Humanitarian of the Year awards pay tribute to | ||
staff members who bring credit to the district as a result of their | ||
positive interactions with parents, students, and fellow | ||
employees; as a recipient of the accolade, Ms. Hernandez was | ||
honored at the Pflugerville Independent School District Employee | ||
Recognition Banquet on May 9; and | ||
WHEREAS, Through her dedicated efforts, Hilda Hernandez has | ||
greatly benefited the students of Parmer Lane Elementary School and | ||
furthered the educational mission of Pflugerville ISD, and she is | ||
indeed deserving of this prestigious commendation; now, therefore, | ||
be it | ||
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas | ||
Legislature hereby congratulate Hilda Hernandez on being named a | ||
2019 Humanitarian of the Year by Pflugerville ISD and extend to her | ||
sincere best wishes for continued success with her important work; | ||
and, be it further | ||
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
prepared for Ms. Hernandez as an expression of high regard by the | ||
Texas House of Representatives. |
