R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, David Myers has served with distinction as a
  legislative intern in the Office of State Representative Terry
  Meza, contributing his time, talents, and expertise to serve House
  District 105; and
         WHEREAS, David Myers has provided exceptional assistance to
  the legislative office, contributing policy research,
  communication assistance, constituent services, and general office
  assistance; and
         WHEREAS, David Myers has demonstrated outstanding leadership
  and professionalism throughout his internship, utilizing his
  excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive
  relationships with colleagues, constituents, and community
  partners; and
         WHEREAS, David Myers has shown a high level of academic
  achievement, currently pursuing a B.A. in Political Science at
  Texas State University's College of Liberal Arts; and
         WHEREAS, David Myers has exemplified the values of public
  service, commitment, and excellence, serving as a role model for
  his peers and inspiring others to pursue their goals and
  aspirations; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
  commends David Myers for his outstanding contributions to the
  Office of State Representative Terry Meza, his commitment to
  excellence, and his professionalism; and, be it further
         RESOLVED That an official copy of this resolution be prepared
  for Mr. David Myers as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
