WHEREAS, Harmony Science Academy of Fort Worth is providing | ||
an innovative, high-quality education to area youth; and | ||
WHEREAS, Dedicated to shaping responsive, productive, | ||
civic-minded individuals, Harmony Science Academy of Fort Worth | ||
helps young people achieve their full potential in all subjects, | ||
with special emphasis on mathematics, science, and computer | ||
technology; and | ||
WHEREAS, The institution maintains a 1-to-12 faculty-student | ||
ratio in an effort to promote enhanced learning opportunities; | ||
vital to its success are parental and community involvement, and | ||
students benefit from field trips and a number of extracurricular | ||
activities; and | ||
WHEREAS, Amassing an impressive record of academic | ||
achievement, the school has earned the Texas Education Agency's | ||
highest ranking of Exemplary every year since its founding in 2006; | ||
and | ||
WHEREAS, The administration, faculty, and staff of Harmony | ||
Science Academy of Fort Worth may take great pride in the strength | ||
of the school's programs, which are building a solid foundation for | ||
the future achievement of many North Texans; now, therefore, be it | ||
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas | ||
Legislature hereby commend Harmony Science Academy of Fort Worth | ||
for its exceptional efforts in behalf of its students and extend to | ||
all those associated with the institution sincere best wishes for | ||
continued success; and, be it further | ||
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
prepared for the school as an expression of high regard by the Texas | ||
House of Representatives. |
