relating to the requirement that the Texas Veterans Commission | ||
provide training to support the veterans mental health program. | ||
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 434.353, Government Code, is amended by | ||
adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: | ||
(c) The commission shall cross-train agency staff to | ||
support the mental health program for veterans developed under | ||
Chapter 1001, Health and Safety Code. | ||
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
