BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 2170.059, Government Code, is amended by | ||
amending Subsection (d) and adding Subsection (e) to read as | ||
follows: | ||
(d) Not later than October 1 of each year, each using entity | ||
shall, in a manner determined by the department, provide the | ||
department with an e-mail address for each person who uses the | ||
centralized telephone service. | ||
