Amend HB 4498 (house committee printing) on third reading on page 18, between lines 17 and 18, by inserting the following:
Sec. 806.155. DEPOSIT OF AMOUNTS COLLECTED. The department shall deposit any amounts collected under this chapter relating to the review of an insurance business transfer plan application to the credit of the Texas Department of Insurance operating account.
