Amend HB 4375 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, strike lines 21 through 23 and substitute the following:

SECTION 3.  Sections 28.0023(b), (c), (e), and (g), Education Code, are amended to read as follows:

(2)  On page 3, strike lines 7 through 11.
