Amend HB 1763 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) Strike page 3, line 23, through page 4, line 6, and substitute "except in accordance with an audit performed under Subchapter F.".
(2) Strike page 6, lines 15 through 20.
(3) On page 6, line 22, strike "(a)".
(4) On page 6, line 25, strike "except as provided by Subsection (b),".
(5) On page 7, strike lines 11 through 21.
