Bill Title: As enacted, requires schools having automatic external defibrillators (AEDs) to have annual training in the use of AEDs and an annual CPR/AED drill for school personnel; requires students in junior high or senior high to receive training in the use of AEDs during CPR instruction and, if the school has an AED, participate in a CPR/AED drill; exempts schools operated by or under contract with the department of children's services. - Amends TCA Title 49.
