Bill Title: As enacted, clarifies that under present law regarding the classification and assessment of property taxes relating to public utilities, a motor bus and/or truck company owning or leasing real or personal property located in the state would include those owner operators who operate under such motor bus and/or truck company's motor carrier authority. - Amends TCA Title 67.
