Bill Title: As introduced, requires the commissioner to annually report, for the preceding school year, the number of any night schools established and maintained by local boards of education to the education committee of the senate and the education instruction and programs committee of the house of representatives no later than October 31 of each year. - Amends TCA Title 49.
