Bill Title: As introduced, requires notices of any premium increase or offer of new coverage in a health insurance policy attributable to the federal Affordable Care Act, to contain a good faith estimate as to the amount or percentage of any premium increase attributable to the Act; authorizes the commissioner to promulgate rules. - Amends TCA Title 56.
