Bill Title: As introduced, clarifies that the time in which an unmarried woman in a birthing institution is to be presented with certain information regarding establishing paternity of her child is immediately before but no later than 24 hours after the birth of her child. - Amends TCA Title 24, Chapter 7; Title 36 and Title 68.
