Bill Title: As introduced, requires law enforcement officer to have search warrant issued upon showing of probable cause in order to attach a tracking device to the motor vehicle of a suspect; increases to Class B misdemeanor offense of unlawfully installing tracking device on vehicle or person of another. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 6 and Title 40, Chapter 6, Part 1.
