Bill Title: As enacted, requires that the location of a charter school be within the jurisdictional boundaries of the authorizing LEA; requires a charter school to seek a delay in opening if the charter school has not secured a physical location 60 days prior to the opening of the charter school. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 13, Part 1.
