Bill Title: As introduced, requires the prevailing wage commission to publish its decision concerning prevailing wage rates on the Web site maintained by the state on the same day the commission gives notice of its final determination to contractors who submitted documentation concerning such rates. - Amends TCA Title 12, Chapter 4, Part 4.
