Bill Title: As introduced, redefines veterans for purposes of the Tennessee Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned and Small Business Procurement and Contracting Act to include all veterans that served honorably on active duty in the armed forces of the United States; removes the requirement for a certain percentage of disability from the definition. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 11; Title 12; Title 50; Title 55; Title 58; Title 62 and Title 67.
