Bill Title: As enacted, subject to funding, authorizes honorably discharged veterans to have language or a symbol indicating their military service placed on their driver license; requires the department of veterans' affairs, in consultation with the department of safety, to develop appropriate language or military symbol. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 50, Part 3.
