Bill Title: As enacted, creates procedures for dissolving certain municipal airport authority in certain circumstances; authorizes the appointing authority to remove a commissioner of the regional or municipal airport authority for incompetency, failure or neglect to perform the duties required by law, malfeasance, misfeasance, misconduct or corruption in office, or for any other good and sufficient reason, if certain procedures followed. - Amends TCA Title 42.
