Bill Title: As enacted, recognizes a person authorized to direct disposition of the remains of a person in the military in the event of death as indicated on a DD Form 93 completed by military personnel as the proper person to make the decision in certain circumstances. - Amends TCA Title 34, Chapter 6 and Title 68, Chapter 4.
