Bill Title: As introduced, subject to appropriation, requires the department to double, by January 1, 2021, the standard amount of cash assistance awarded, as of that date, to recipients who qualify for childcare assistance from programs administered by the department; prohibits spending restrictions on the increase in cash assistance, over the standard amount determined as of January 1, 2021. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 71.
