Bill Title: As enacted, extends termination date for the department of education to June 30, 2013; requires the division of audit in the comptroller's office to provide its findings to the house and senate government operations committees by July 1, 2013, on the department's responses to the findings and recommendations in the January 2011 performance audit of the department. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2 and Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 8.
