Bill Title: As introduced, adds retired members of the Tennessee national guard to those who are authorized to receive discounted rates offered by the commissioner of conservation and environment for activities at state parks; requires discounted rates to be posted in a facility if the facility is one to which the rates apply; requires rates to be offered regardless of whether the state operates the facility or the facility is leased to or managed by a private entity. - Amends TCA Section 11-3-121.
