Bill Title: As enacted, requires municipalities and counties to compile and maintain as public record a zoning ordinance and map; creates a presumption that a zoning ordinance and map made available to the public through a compilation is a true and accurate statement of the zoning ordinance and map, which presumption created may only be overcome by clear and convincing evidence that the ordinance and map is inaccurate.
