Bill Title: As introduced, provides immunity from civil liability for injuries to a roller skater or skateboarder if the operator of the roller skating rink or skateboarding facility follows certain safety procedures; does not limit the liability of a roller skating rink operator who engages in behavior that amounts to gross negligence, or willful or wanton conduct. - Amends TCA Title 29, Chapter 34.
