Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits an employee of a Tennessee education lottery corporation who leaves the employment of the corporation from representing any vendor or lottery retailer before the corporation for a period of three years, instead of the current two, following termination of employment with the corporation. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 51 and Title 49.
