Bill Title: As enacted, limits courses state employees can take free of charge at public institutions of higher education under the state employees' fee waiver to 4 credit hours or 120 clock hours courses; allows the use of the fee waiver as partial payment for courses of more than 4 credit hours or 120 clock hours. - Amends TCA Section 8-50-114.
