Bill Title: As enacted, creates a delivery service license that will authorize a delivery service that delivers prepared food from restaurants to customers to also deliver sealed packages of alcoholic beverages or beer or both sold by a licensed retailer of alcoholic beverages; establishes requirements for such a license. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 3 and Title 57, Chapter 4.
