Bill Title: As introduced, relieves lottery retailers from payment for stolen unsold instant lottery tickets if retailer notifies law enforcement and the lottery corporation as soon as practicable upon discovery of theft, and if within 72 hours of the issuance of a police report concerning the theft, a copy of the report is filed with the corporation. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 51, Part 1.
