Bill Title: As introduced, authorizes secretary of state to destroy corporation records five, instead of 10, years after corporation has dissolved, withdrawn from the state, or had its certificate revoked; requires that a certificate of existence of a foreign limited parternship not bear a date of more than one month, instead of two months prior to the date the application to register with this state is filed. - Amends TCA Title 48 and Title 61.
