Bill Title: As introduced, requires a judge to revoke a defendant's participation in a domestic violence intervention class if the defendant is convicted of a subsequent domestic assault offense while attending the class and requires that the new sentence run cumulative to the original sentence. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
