Bill Title: As introduced, subject to local approval, prohibits mayor, district alderman, or alderman-at-large from serving a subsequent term in the same office if such person has served more than 1/2 of a four-year term and a consecutive complete four-year term in that particular office. - Amends Chapter 67 of the Private Acts of 1953; as amended.
