Bill Title: As enacted, requires that any notice of the lien provided to an owner or the owner's agent and any advertisement of a sale to satisfy the lien, if authorized, must include a brief description of the conveyance against which the lien exists and the vehicle identification number, if applicable and ascertainable; requires that garagekeeper and campgrounds must include the vehicle identification number, if ascertainable, in the notice and in the advertisement of the sale for such a lien. - Amends TCA Title 66.
