Bill Title: As introduced, directs that the board of examiners for architects and engineers is to oversee the enforcement of the requirement that the plans, specifications, and estimates for construction or maintenance of any public work by the state or a political subdivision of the state involving architecture, engineering, or landscape architecture be made by a registered architect, registered engineer, or registered landscape architect. - Amends TCA Section 62-2-107.
